Every Arkline project is led personally by our principal, Daniel Evar — from acquiring the right lot, to working directly with our architect on the design, to overseeing construction with our local build team, through to the final sale.

We are not a national franchise, an investor pool, or an acquisitions desk. We are a small, hands-on operation focused on a small set of high-income Bergen County submarkets, and we build to the standard those neighborhoods expect.
