This Closter project is being designed to compete in the upper end of the town's new-construction segment, with architectural choices and finish quality calibrated to the expectations of high-end buyers in the area.
The home is being designed at approximately 4,500 square feet, with six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. The defining feature is its U-shape, organized around a south-facing landscaped courtyard. Sliding glass doors run along all three interior facades of the courtyard, allowing the indoor living spaces to flow seamlessly into the outdoor space across nearly the entire ground floor. Inside, every bathroom is finished in full tile, the kitchen is fully custom, and the finished basement is fitted with a private gym and wet bar.
The home will sit on a 0.4-acre lot on a quiet, desirable street in Closter. The site will be fully custom landscaped, with privacy plantings selected to fully screen the property from adjacent lots and the street.
