Designed for the upper end of the local market.
This Closter home is being built to compete in the upper end of the town's new-construction segment, with architectural choices and finish quality calibrated to the expectations of high-end buyers in the area.
The home is approximately 4,500 square feet, with six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. The exterior is finished in white cement stucco with dark trim, peaked-roof gables, and a covered front portico. Inside, every bathroom is finished in full tile, the kitchen is fully custom, and the finished basement is fitted with a private gym and wet bar.
The home sits on a 0.4-acre lot on a quiet, desirable street in Closter. The site is being fully custom landscaped, with privacy plantings selected to fully screen the property from adjacent lots and the street.
