Designed for the neighborhood it sits in.

This home was designed and built in close collaboration with our architect, with finishes and proportions chosen to fit the surrounding character of Old Tappan while delivering modern interior livability.

The home is laid out across two stories at 5,813 square feet, with six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. The first floor opens to eleven-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that pull natural light deep into the main living spaces. The primary suite includes a private wet bar and balcony; an upstairs playroom doubles as a second family lounge. Every bathroom is finished in full tile and fitted with heated floors. A custom designer kitchen anchors the entertaining spaces, supported by a dedicated butler's pantry. The covered front porch extends to a built-in grill station, and the finished basement adds a private theatre and second wet bar.

The home sits on a 0.6-acre lot atop a hill on one of Old Tappan's most desirable streets. The site has been fully custom landscaped to provide complete privacy from the surrounding neighborhood, with the design taking deliberate advantage of the elevation.
