The Process

How a private sale works.

From first conversation to closing, here's exactly what to expect.

  1. We start with a simple, no-pressure conversation about your home and your timeline.
  2. If we agree on terms, you receive a 1% upfront deposit payment directly (Method 02), or we move to contract on a fast cash purchase (Method 01).
  3. An additional 4% deposit is held securely in escrow with our attorney until closing.
  4. You choose your own New Jersey real estate attorney to review everything. Legal fees up to $1,500 are covered by us.
  5. We close on a timeline that works for you — fast and clean, or scheduled into the future.
