Arkline Development LLC designs, builds, and sells high-end single-family homes in Bergen County, New Jersey.
We focus on a tight set of affluent submarkets — Tenafly, Demarest, Closter, Cresskill, Old Tappan, Haworth, and Alpine — where our knowledge of the neighborhoods, the buyers, and the architectural expectations runs deep.
Most of our acquisitions come directly from homeowners, negotiated privately rather than through the open market. The sellers we work with appreciate the alternative to a traditional MLS listing: no commissions, no showings, and a flexible timeline.
How We Work
Hands-on, end-to-end.
Every Arkline project moves through the same four phases, all overseen directly by our principal.
01 Acquire
Identify the right lot — direct from owner, off-market, or through targeted MLS opportunities — and close in cash.
02 Design
Work with our architect to design a home that fits the neighborhood and meets the expectations of its eventual buyer.
03 Build
Manage construction with our trusted builders and contractors, with regular oversight at every stage.
04 Deliver
List and sell into the local market — usually finding the right buyer quickly thanks to careful design choices and finish quality.

I'm Daniel Evar — founder and principal of Arkline Development.
I personally manage every project we take on, from first conversation with a homeowner through to the final sale. I source the lots, raise and structure the capital, coordinate with our architect on design, hire and oversee the build team, and handle every seller-facing conversation myself.
Sellers who reach out to Arkline are speaking with me directly — not an assistant, not an acquisitions associate, not a national franchise. That's intentional. The kind of homeowner we work with deserves a straightforward conversation with the person actually making the decisions.
